1. Are used manufactured/mobile homes worth anything? 

Yes. The valuation of the home depends on many factors. Some of these factors include the age of the home, major or minor repairs needed and number of bedrooms and bathrooms.  

2. How long will it take to sell my manufactured/mobile home? 

On average it takes 30- 60 days to sell a mobile home. The condition of the home will play a role in this as well.  

3. Can you move my manufactured/mobile home off my property? 

Yes. We do have a service that we offer at no cost to you to work to get your manufactured/mobile home moved within a specified time period. This is very common and we receive a lot of requests for this service.  

4. Is my manufactured/mobile home too old to sell? 

It depends. Typically, we do not buy or provide services for homes that are 1978 and older. We have found that the need is not there for manufactured/mobile homes of this age.  

5. Do you buy manufactured/mobile homes? 

Yes. We buy homes in as-is condition. No repairs are required on the seller's end. 

6. Do I need to make repairs prior to selling my manufactured/mobile home? 

No, you are not required to make any repairs prior to us purchasing your manufactured/mobile. 

7. How much is my manufactured/mobile home worth? 

We determine how much your home is worth once a manufactured/mobile home inspection takes place with a mobile home specialist. This inspection is completed within 24-48 hours of the initial call.

Stafford Green Mobile Homes buys mobile homes in almost any condition. We also provide a service similar to a real estate agent to assist you in selling your manufactured/mobile home. We are able to help you solve your problem at no cost to you. Our fees are always collected on the buyer's end.  

9. I am out of state, can you still buy my manufactured/mobile home? 

Yes, depending on the location, we are able to conduct services virtually to help you. We are centrally located in St. Louis, MO, however, we service various areas of Missouri and Illinois 

10. How long will it take to move my manufactured/mobile home? 

It usually takes anywhere between 30-90 days to move a manufactured/mobile. This is due to scheduling, weather and the limited supply of manufactured/mobile movers.  

11. How much will you charge to sell my manufactured/mobile home? 

ZERO dollars. Stafford Green Mobile Homes does not charge the seller anything to sell their mobile home. Our fee is charged on the buyer’s end.  

12. If you buy my manufactured/mobile home, how much will you offer me?

16. I lost my title, will you still buy my manufactured/mobile home?

Sometimes. There is a process that does vary by state for you to go about obtaining a duplicate title. Please reach out to your department of revenue. They will be able to assist with obtaining a title. In the meantime, we can still speak with you and begin our
process. 


17. My title is in my deceased parents name, can you still buy my home?

Sometimes. There are forms that you can fill out to put the title in your name. These forms are provided through the department of revenue. You can also provide a death certificate to the Department of Revenue and sometimes this will be enough to get the title switched into your name. We are happy to walk you through these steps so please,

18. Are there any homes you will NOT buy?

Yes. We do not buy homes that are too old or have serious major repairs. Major repairs include roof damage, mold, electric and plumbing issues, extensive water damage and HVAC system.
